Cancel order
Good news, you can cancel your order. However, in order for us to ensure that the goods do not leave the warehouse, the cancellation must be made within the next 15 minutes. Contact us at info@porhy.com to do so.
Invoice
Your invoice will be sent to you separately by mail after placing the order. If you have chosen the payment method purchase on account, you will also receive a copy with the delivery. You still can not find it or have deleted the mail? Just send us a mail and we will send it to you again.
Goods not arrived or only partially arrived
May not, but unfortunately can happen. Please send us a mail with reference to the invoice number and if necessary the missing content and we try to make up for the mistake and make you happy.
Material defect/defective product
Your product has reached you and it is defective? We are sorry. Contact us by mail and you will get your product promptly in best quality.
